Can I get Lucky Jack in other countries? Sure thing! We can ship Lucky Jack almost anywhere (Atlantis is still a work in progress.) Your order should arrive in 1-2 weeks, unless it decides to sightsee along the way. A heads-up: international orders might come with extra taxes and duties. That's the government's way of saying, "Welcome to the global economy!" And for our Canadian friends, your orders ship from the U.S., so yes duties and taxes apply. Consider it a donation to the maple syrup fund!
Is it too late to update my shipping address? Shoot us an email ASAP, and we'll try to catch the postman before he zooms off! After 24 hours, though, your package is probably on its way, and we’re not chasing him down!
Can I get it faster? Nope. Looks like you'll have to face the consequences of your shopping spree.

I changed my mind, how do I cancel my order? You’ve got 24 hours to cancel using the link in your confirmation email. After that, it’s game over! Your order’s probably packed, shipped, and halfway across the globe. We’re all about speed, no apologies!

I would like to return my order. Got an unopened item from the last 30 days? If you’re in the US, we’ve got you! Just cover return shipping (no freebies, sorry). Reach out, and we’ll get things rolling!
How long does it take for returns to be processed? Once your returned goodies hit our warehouse, we’ll crank up the refund machine! Your money should pop back onto your card in about a week.
I accidentally bought something I already have and would like to exchange it. We don’t do exchanges, but have you tried the fine art of regifting?
